Angelle Concrete | Baton Rouge, La. – Operates 28 dry-batch plants, three cement terminals, and 150 ready-mix trucks in south-central Louisiana. The producer has more than doubled its annual concrete volume in the past decade, with seven acquisitions since 1998. CEO Dave Gage joined the group in late 2007. He has made several changes, including moving its headquarters from Jennings to Baton Rouge in 2008, hiring a new CFO, and acquiring portable paving plants so the group can supply large state highway projects.
