Irving Materials Inc. | Greenfield, Ind. – The Indiana Mineral Aggregates Association honored Irving for the eighth time with a gold-level Excellence in Mining Award in April. Irving also won a safety award from the same group. Its Pipe Creek Jr. stone quarry in Indiana has been the sight of an archeological dig the past 11 years, where scientists say they have found exciting information about the area. Irving has been in the concrete and aggregates business for more than 50 years.
